- • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on the commercial segment across the UK and EMEA
- • Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and consistent attainment of regional revenue targets
- • Build a strong operating cadence around forecasting, pipeline inspection, deal reviews, and rep development
- • Hire, ramp, and retain high-performing sales talent while fostering an ambitious, inclusive, and motivating team culture
- • Improve sales process scalability through data-driven insights, performance metrics, and repeatable best practices
- • Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance conversion rates, support key accounts, and remove friction in the customer journey
- • Lead with a customer-first approach and reinforce high standards for value-based, thoughtful selling
- • Report on performance metrics, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership
- • Leverage CRM data and sales metrics to make informed decisions and drive operational discipline
- • Ensure alignment between sales strategy and regional market nuances across EMEA, including hiring, coaching, and execution tactics
- • Maintain rigorous standards for coaching in the moment and raising team performance benchmarks
- • Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable new-business and outbound sales motion
- • Work cross-functionally to influence and collaborate with non-sales teams to optimize the go-to-market engine
- • Be based in London and commit to coming into the office 2–3 days per week
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience leading SaaS sales teams in a commercial or mid-market motion
- • Strong knowledge of selling into UK and broader EMEA markets, including regional nuances affecting hiring, coaching, and execution
- • Proven track record of coaching high-performing sellers and improving team productivity, forecast quality, and revenue outcomes
- • Experience building or scaling repeatable new-business and outbound sales motions
- • Strong analytical and operational instincts with comfort using CRM data, sales metrics, and pipeline insights to drive decisions
- • Excellent communication, collaboration, and change-management skills
