- • As the first ClayDR Enablement Program Manager at Clay Labs Inc., you will build and scale the enablement function for the ClayDR organization, directly impacting how effectively the team generates pipeline and executes go-to-market strategies.
- • You will design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs, build and run workshops and certifications, partner with leadership to identify performance gaps, capture and scale best practices from top performers, develop a central resource hub, translate product releases into outbound plays, partner with managers to reinforce coaching, and measure enablement impact through performance and revenue outcomes.
- • You will join Clay’s Global Enablement team and work closely with ClayDR Leadership to establish the foundation for a high-performing, scalable sales development organization in a fast-growing, innovative SaaS environment.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of Clay’s sales enablement function, drive measurable improvements in rep performance and ramp time, and grow your expertise in sales enablement, GTM strategy, and high-growth operations while working alongside a mission-driven, culturally unique team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in enablement, sales, or SDR roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
- • Proven experience carrying an SDR/outbound quota or directly coaching SDRs/BDRs responsible for pipeline generation
- • Demonstrated ability to build and scale enablement programs including onboarding, ever-boarding, certifications, and playbooks that improve performance
