• • Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• • Executing and managing the clearing and settlement of a diverse range of digital asset trades and financial instruments, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• • Performing daily reconciliations of trading positions, cash balances, and nostro accounts, identifying and investigating any variances with utmost precision.
• • Collaborating closely with counterparties, custodians, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient settlement processes.
• • Monitoring and managing counterparty risk, implementing appropriate controls and escalating concerns to senior management as needed.
• • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for clearing and settlement procedures, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all relevant parties.
• • Participating in the continuous improvement of clearing operations, identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and enhanced risk mitigation.
• • Staying abreast of evolving market practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements within the digital asset and traditional finance sectors.
• • Providing support and expertise to other departments on matters related to clearing, settlement, and financial operations.
• • Ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with Binance's internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
