📋 Description

• As a Client Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of retained client relationships, managing day-to-day communication, retention, growth opportunities and escalations.
• You will work closely with delivery teams to align client expectations with project scope, priorities and available capacity.
• You will own retention and growth across a portfolio of client accounts.
• You will build strong relationships with client stakeholders and run regular business reviews.
• You will manage client expectations, escalations and scope changes proactively.
• You will identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• You will work closely with delivery teams to keep projects aligned with agreed scope and priorities.
• You will track account health and forecast renewals, including accounts at risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of account management experience, ideally in an agency or professional services environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple client relationships and retaining accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrable experience managing scope creep and competing client priorities.
