- • As a Client Account Manager at Nest Veterinary Systems Inc., you will play a key role in supporting and growing relationships across a portfolio of partner hospitals, driving engagement, supporting plan growth, and helping practices maximize the value of their partnership with Nest.
- • You will manage and grow client relationships, serve as a trusted resource for client success, and proactively support clients through strategic touchpoints, performance reporting, and relationship management that drive engagement and remove roadblocks to success.
- • You will work closely with Hospital Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to support onboarding, resolve usability issues, and ensure customer readiness for renewals and testimonials.
- • You will contribute to a high-performing customer experience environment, support a culture of accountability and collaboration, and have opportunities to grow into future leadership responsibilities while helping improve processes and strengthen client relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of SaaS customer support experience, including team leadership
- • Startup experience required; ability to thrive in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments
- • Strong communicator across email, phone, and chat in high-stakes environments
- • Analytical and data-driven with the ability to surface insights and communicate them clearly
- • Proven track record of supporting customer growth, retention, and long-term success
- • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- • Skilled at managing relationships across clients and cross-functional internal teams
- • Self-directed and able to operate effectively with minimal oversight
