- • Manage end-to-end client onboarding for an assigned Select Segment book of business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery from sale through go-live
- • Lead cross-functional implementation efforts by coordinating subject matter experts to drive effective team collaboration across internal departments
- • Partner with Sales, clients, and brokers to gather required documentation and present detailed implementation plans for new and renewing business
- • Facilitate installation meetings to align client plan intent and oversee full system setup including benefits configuration, eligibility rules, ID card generation, and billing structures
- • Serve as the central liaison between internal teams and external clients, introducing technical experts to clients and ensuring seamless communication throughout the implementation lifecycle
- • Coordinate ePro/CIT tools, benefit documentation, and plan structure with the Work Order team to ensure accurate and consistent system setup aligned with client plan design intent
- • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues related to process gaps, plan design discrepancies, and timeline delays, maintaining full ownership until resolution
- • Ensure all client implementation deliverables meet accuracy standards and are completed within agreed-upon timelines
- • Maintain clear documentation of implementation processes, client requirements, and system configurations for audit and knowledge transfer purposes
- • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively
- • Apply project management principles to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and deliver multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) to track progress, analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate with stakeholders
- • Travel up to 10% as needed to support client meetings, on-site implementation activities, or internal team coordination
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 2+ years of healthcare background or benefits knowledge required
- • Strong analytical skills to solve complex implementation issues required
- • Demonstrated interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills required
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) required
- • Self-motivated with strong initiative to manage competing priorities and deadlines required
- • Ability to travel up to 10% required
- • Familiarity with Cigna systems (e.g., ePro, CIT, Vista, Facets, CDB) highly preferred
- • Experience applying project management skills to manage timelines and deliverables preferred
- • Client-facing experience in account management, client services, or sales preferred
- • Adept at building cross-functional partnerships and communicating across matrixed levels highly preferred
