- • The Client Delivery Print & Fulfillment Lead oversees operational delivery and coordination of client projects for assigned accounts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring on-time delivery and strategic alignment with client objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client deliverables, overseeing junior associates’ workload, maintaining client relationships, leading technical and creative projects from planning to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and resolving issues, preparing documentation, leading meetings, training team members, and providing thought leadership on process improvements.
- • The role operates within Ansira Partners, LLC, a marketing services company focused on delivering integrated client solutions, where the lead partners with internal teams and external partners to strengthen relationships and drive process improvements.
- • The person in this role can develop leadership and project management expertise, deepen knowledge of print production and fulfillment processes, enhance cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to strategic improvements that impact client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field
- • 3-5 years of work experience in advertising, client management, account management, or project management; experience in a SaaS or marketing services environment preferred
- • 1+ years of team supervision experience
- • Familiarity with marketing services, local/channel marketing programs, and/or print production/fulfillment preferred
- • Great project coordination skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- • Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of summarizing complex details clearly for stakeholders
