- • The Client Engagement Specialist, Key Account role at Otis Worldwide Corporation supports one of the company’s largest accounts by working closely with key account executives to ensure customer expectations are met and prioritized.
- • On a typical day, the role involves collaborating with key account managers to prioritize customer needs, serving as a liaison with internal departments for billing, booking, and collections, updating customer reports, managing proposal requests, overseeing Certificate of Insurance (COI) approvals, supporting contract renewal and recapture efforts, utilizing electronic bid systems like Ariba, coordinating billing needs across web billing, finance, and collections, working within customer-required systems (e.g., MyCOI, Compliance Depot), troubleshooting billable repair requests, generating spend and KPI reports, and performing annual reviews of special handling rates.
- • Otis Worldwide Corporation is a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service, moving 2.4 billion people daily and maintaining approximately 2.4 million customer units worldwide. - • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
