- • The Client Experience Coordinator supports the Client Growth team by owning all non-advisory, non-relationship work, enabling Client Growth Associates (CGAs) to focus on client outcomes, retention, and growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and managing CGA sessions (Discovery Calls, Welcome Calls, account management), maintaining CRM hygiene in HubSpot, collecting and tracking client pre-work and intake forms, managing calendars end-to-end, identifying and escalating client risk signals, and coordinating follow-ups and re-ascension logistics.
- • The role operates within the Client Experience team at Acquisition Holdings LLC, a company focused on delivering high-touch client experiences through operational excellence and proactive communication.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in client journey coordination, CRM management, proactive risk identification, and high-volume operational execution while contributing to client retention and satisfaction through precision and consistency.
