📋 Description
- • The Client Financial Optimization – Analyst role at CVS Health Corporation supports the Client Financial Analysis and Optimization (CFAO) team by providing financial consultation and pricing support to help CVS Caremark win and retain business through data-driven insights into client pharmaceutical data.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client business problems, formulating data-driven approaches, drawing conclusions from healthcare and pharmacy benefits data, and presenting recommendations to clients and senior leadership via presentations, teleconferences, and written documents.
- • The CFAO team collaborates across internal functions such as sales, clinical, account management, finance, underwriting, and product marketing, offering exposure to diverse business areas within CVS Caremark’s pharmacy benefits management operations.
- • This 18-month rotational role allows the analyst to gain foundational PBM knowledge, build analytical skills, learn underwriting, and explore multiple business units before permanent placement, accelerating professional development in healthcare analytics and financial strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1 year of overall experience
- • 1 year of experience in analytics
- • 1 year of experience in a field such as finance, mathematics, operational analysis, statistics, epidemiology, sales and marketing research, accounting, economics, or other data-driven field (educational or internship experience acceptable)
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
