- • Support the technical and operational setup of new B2B client accounts within a BPO/outsourcing environment, including system configurations, workflow builds, and tool integrations
- • Coordinate with onboarding, IT, and operations teams to ensure all client requirements are accurately captured and implemented
- • Build and maintain implementation trackers, status reports, and client-facing documentation to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle
- • Conduct pre-launch audits and quality checks to verify that all configurations meet client specifications before go-live
- • Monitor post-launch performance data and flag anomalies or gaps to internal teams for timely resolution
- • Maintain accurate records of client setups, configurations, and change requests in internal systems to ensure auditability and continuity
- • Document implementation processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- • Provide data-driven reporting to leadership on implementation timelines, bottlenecks, and outcomes to inform operational decisions
- • Work exclusively within US time zones (EST–PST) to align with client and internal team schedules
- • Utilize Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for documentation, reporting, and collaboration across distributed teams
- • Use CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage client data and track implementation milestones
- • Employ project management tools like Asana or Monday.com to coordinate tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies
- • Leverage reporting and dashboard tools such as Google Looker Studio to visualize implementation metrics and performance trends
- • Communicate professionally via remote collaboration tools including Slack and Zoom with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
- • Ensure all client-facing materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with contractual and operational requirements
- • Adhere strictly to application requirements, including completing the full application form and recording a video as the first step in the interview process
- • Operate in a fully remote capacity with high accountability for deliverables, deadlines, and communication fidelity
- • Maintain a process-driven mindset to standardize and scale client onboarding across multiple accounts simultaneously
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while proactively escalating issues that impact client timelines or quality
- • Ensure all documentation and system configurations are updated in real-time to reflect current client status and changes
- • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in current implementation workflows and proposing actionable enhancements
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a Client Implementation, Operations Analyst, or Technical Onboarding role within a BPO, outsourcing, or managed services environment
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple systems and data sources simultaneously
- • Experience building reports, trackers, and documentation to support client implementations
- • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas and data organization
- • Excellent written and spoken English with a professional communication style
- • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US- or UK-based companies
