📋 Description
- • The Client Manager for Alight Leave Solutions serves as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for assigned clients, responsible for day-to-day operational support and management of client relationships in the leave and disability domain.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving complex claim issues, providing technical expertise for pre/post-production testing and defect management, managing client escalations, delivering proactive status updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify service trends.
- • The role involves acting as a change agent, organizing and participating in client and internal meetings, adapting to changing conditions, and continuously learning to meet evolving client and business demands.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of direct client/broker relationship management experience or equivalent advanced education
- • Must reside in the state of Virginia
- • Demonstrated deep operational, relationship-building, and issue resolution skills
- • Experience in HR services/outsourcing, business management, disability/absence, or healthcare industries
- • Ability to travel 20-25% of the time
