- • Proactively manage a specific client base to develop long-term partnerships and ensure all contractual obligations are understood and achieved.
- • Provide mentorship and training to Client Managers to deliver high-quality service and improve technical and interpersonal skills.
- • Plan and deploy ticketing strategies for clients, incorporating improvements and lessons learned from previous events.
- • Maintain current knowledge of Ticketmaster’s technology advances and marketing initiatives to communicate relevant updates to clients.
- • Stay informed on external market trends to advise clients and inform internal strategy development.
- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the primary and secondary ticketing market, assisting Sales and Business Development teams in securing new clients.
- • Ensure all internal teams are fully briefed on upcoming events, client commitments, and deadlines to guarantee timely execution.
- • Coordinate and direct all parties involved in ticketing and box office operations, including financial arrangements, security, banking, and online payment systems.
- • Work with the Business Development Manager to secure signed Ticketing Agreements with clients prior to ticket sales commencement.
- • Develop and present professional post-event reports tailored to each client’s needs and performance metrics.
- • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create client-specific marketing initiatives that maximize ticket sales.
- • Ensure Venue/Customer Service teams are properly rostered, trained, and equipped to deliver excellent patron service, including on-site presence during events when required.
- • Assist in developing clear policies and procedures for Client Managers and Venue/Customer Service teams.
- • Resolve client disputes or conflicts with professionalism and alignment to contractual terms.
- • Represent Ticketmaster at networking functions and industry events to build and maintain relationships with key local clients.
- • Act as an ambassador for Ticketmaster by expanding industry contacts and staying informed on venue and event opportunities.
- • Conduct presentations using Ticketmaster technology for existing and potential clients.
- • Support and cover for the General Manager as needed, including attending client functions and launches outside normal business hours.
- • Ensure Corporate Services are fully informed of all financial arrangements to meet Ticketmaster and client obligations under agreements.
- • Embrace and promote new products, functionality, and innovation opportunities across all client engagements.
- • Adhere to company quality management, safety, and environmental policies.
- • Maintain high accuracy in typing and proficient use of Windows Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Ticketmaster systems.
- • Demonstrate strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills while balancing client and company objectives.
- • Exhibit results-oriented behavior by owning tasks, applying effort and resources, and driving achievement of targets with passion and energy.
- • Communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats, including handling difficult conversations with professionalism.
- • Adapt flexibly to changing business needs while maintaining strict adherence to processes and guidelines.
- • Lead by example in the office, motivating staff and fostering a culture of innovation, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
