- • As a Client Onboarding Consultant at Experian Holdings, Inc., you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end setup of clients, users, products, and payers in alignment with contracts, Statements of Work (SOW), and Service Transaction Instructions (STI). This role is critical to ensuring seamless client implementation, timely delivery, and long-term client success by maintaining clear communication, accurate documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
- • Day to day, you will review and verify the accuracy of all required client documentation, conduct onboarding meetings, prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes, collect essential client information to configure accounts, and participate in internal and external meetings to support implementation. You will maintain and update task statuses across required applications, document and track changes affecting onboarding, obtain necessary approvals, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- • You will join a dedicated Client Onboarding team within Experian, a global leader in data and analytics, where collaboration, precision, and client-centricity are valued. Reporting to the Client Onboarding Supervisor, you’ll work in a structured yet dynamic environment focused on delivering consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences.
- • In this role, you will develop strong project management and client relationship skills, gain deep expertise in Experian’s product and service offerings, and enhance your ability to manage cross-functional workflows. You’ll have the opportunity to build trust with clients and internal teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to scalable onboarding operations that support business growth and client retention.
