- • As a Client Partner at Jellyfish, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, strategic growth, and profitable outcomes for key international accounts in the B2B technology and fashion retail sectors. Reporting to the VP of Client Management, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional content and solutions while anticipating client needs and market trends.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing two major international accounts, building and executing growth plans, leading pitches with the Growth team, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), managing client renewals, ensuring accurate financial forecasting, mentoring junior staff, identifying team skill gaps, and providing thought leadership through external partnerships with platforms like Google, Facebook, Salesforce, and Amazon.
