- • As a Client Partner, Strategic Programs - Beauty at LTK, you will be at the forefront of shaping and scaling influencer-led growth strategies for the world's leading beauty brands. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned, consultative seller who possesses a unique blend of data fluency, sharp commercial acumen, and commanding executive presence. Your primary mission will be to unlock significant revenue streams by leveraging LTK's powerful influencer marketing and commerce capabilities, driving both the expansion of existing enterprise beauty partnerships and the acquisition of new, high-value clients.
- • You will own and meticulously grow a diverse portfolio of enterprise beauty clients, acting as their strategic architect for influencer-led media campaigns, SaaS platform integrations, and bespoke strategic services. This involves not just managing accounts, but actively cultivating and deepening relationships across multiple brand stakeholders – from influencer and social media teams to e-commerce and broader media departments. Your ability to multi-thread these relationships will be key to understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for LTK's solutions.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to develop and own the strategic roadmap for your assigned accounts. This will be a collaborative effort, working closely with LTK leadership to align client objectives with our service offerings and product development. You will be expected to maintain a high cadence of proactive engagement, including conducting a significant volume of weekly new brand team meetings and developing compelling, data-driven proposals that address specific client challenges and growth aspirations.
- • Performance monitoring and forecasting will be central to your responsibilities. You will be tasked with diligently tracking sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and providing regular, detailed updates to senior management on a weekly basis. This data-driven approach extends to conducting insightful business reviews with clients, where you will translate complex performance data into actionable strategies and clear narratives that highlight opportunities for future investment and partnership growth.
- • Your ability to present with confidence and clarity to VP- and C-suite executives will be paramount. You will translate creator and campaign performance data into compelling growth stories, demonstrating the tangible ROI and strategic value LTK brings to their businesses. This requires a deep understanding of the beauty industry landscape, current market trends, and the evolving role of influencer marketing in driving commerce.
- • A key objective is to proactively identify and capitalize on whitespace opportunities across LTK's comprehensive suite of offerings, including media solutions, SaaS platforms, and managed services. You will act as a bridge between client needs and LTK's capabilities, partnering closely with our internal product, analytics, and strategy teams to co-create and deliver innovative, custom solutions that drive measurable results.
- • This role demands a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with a deep understanding of the beauty industry's unique dynamics. You will be instrumental in driving LTK's mission forward by empowering creators and brands within the beauty sector to achieve unprecedented economic success through innovative, data-driven influencer marketing strategies.
