  • • Your primary responsibility will be the collection, validation, and organization of financial data from diverse sources, ensuring that all invoicing and accrual deadlines are met with precision and efficiency.
  • • You will be instrumental in the new client onboarding process, which involves a thorough review and interpretation of contracts to accurately document key sections pertaining to invoicing, setting the stage for seamless financial operations from day one.
  • • A core function of this role is to guarantee that data required for client invoicing and accruals is completed accurately, within the defined scope, and to proactively communicate any identified barriers or discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders, thereby mitigating potential delays or issues.
  • • You will be tasked with gathering, analyzing, and rigorously verifying the accuracy of the data that is reported, acting as a guardian of data integrity to support sound financial decision-making.
  • • Through detailed data review, proactive auditing, and diligent reconciliation, you will identify opportunities for performance improvement within the revenue cycle, contributing to enhanced client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
