• • The Director of AI Analytics will serve as the analytical hub of Sur La Table, defining how data, insight, and AI drive decision-making across the entire organization, including eCommerce, Marketing, Finance, Retail, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Operations.
• • Day to day, the role involves establishing analytical standards, governing AI-enabled workflows, ensuring data integrity, transforming data into actionable insights, and providing clear recommendations that drive business action — not just reporting, but leading foundational analytics leadership.
• • Sur La Table is a national retailer with 58 stores and the largest avocational cooking program in the U.S., offering premium kitchen goods and culinary expertise, with a mission to create happiness through cooking and sharing good food.
• • The person in this role will learn to lead enterprise-wide AI and analytics strategy, influence cross-functional decision-making at the highest levels, and shape how data drives innovation and operational excellence across a growing omnichannel business.
