  • • Serve as an apprentice in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales function at Dun & Bradstreet, gaining hands-on experience in business-to-business sales processes.
  • • Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to understand client needs within the BFSI sector and support the development of tailored data-driven solutions.
  • • Learn to leverage Dun & Bradstreet’s global business decisioning data and analytics to identify growth opportunities for financial institutions, insurers, and other BFSI clients.
  • • Participate in client outreach activities including phone calls, email campaigns, and scheduled meetings to build relationships and generate qualified leads.
  • • Assist in preparing sales presentations and client proposals using company-provided tools and datasets to demonstrate the value of Dun & Bradstreet’s offerings.
  • • Gain exposure to end-to-end sales cycles from initial prospecting through to closing deals, under the guidance of senior sales team members.
  • • Attend internal training sessions on product knowledge, industry trends in BFSI, and effective sales methodologies specific to enterprise data solutions.
  • • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline progress, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • • Contribute to team goals by meeting assigned targets for lead generation and client engagement metrics.
  • • Stay updated on regulatory and market developments affecting the BFSI industry to better support client conversations and solution positioning.
  • • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data analysts, marketing, and account management to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • • Represent Dun & Bradstreet professionally in all client-facing interactions, embodying the company’s values of integrity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • • Receive structured mentorship and performance feedback to accelerate professional growth and prepare for future roles in sales within the data and analytics space.
  • • Operate from the BKC office in Mumbai, engaging in daily team huddles, sales reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
  • • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by actively seeking feedback, asking questions, and applying lessons learned to daily responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured apprenticeship program focused on BFSI sales
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
  • • Basic understanding of financial services or insurance industries preferred
  • • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • • Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems
  • • High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is advantageous
