- • The Central Monitor II will play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical trial data through centralized monitoring activities, statistical data review, and proactive risk management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting study risk assessments, performing centralized statistical monitoring and data analysis, supporting monthly RBQM meetings, ensuring data quality assurance, collaborating with clinical operations, data management, and biostatistics teams, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and overseeing operational study metrics such as data entry trends and site health.
- • The role is part of Precision Medicine Group, a company dedicated to advancing precision medicine through clinical trial support and data integrity, operating in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- • The person in this role can develop expertise in Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM), gain leadership experience in mentoring junior colleagues, contribute to process and procedure development, and deepen their impact on clinical trial quality and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (life sciences, statistics, data management, clinical operations) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • Minimum 2 years experience in clinical monitoring, clinical trial management, or equivalent
- • Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and the clinical development process
- • Strong understanding of RBQM principles and methodologies
- • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data monitoring tools
- • Excellent written and spoken English, including strong grammar and scientific vocabulary skills
