- • As a Client Project Coordinator (Contractor) at Wheel Health Inc., you will serve as the operational backbone supporting the VP of Customer Success and enterprise account teams, ensuring seamless coordination, documentation, and execution across strategic client relationships.
- • You will own the full coordination layer of enterprise account management, including building pre-meeting briefing documents, preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes, maintaining project trackers, managing Jira ticket follow-ups, triaging Zendesk and email requests, maintaining Salesforce records, and developing process documentation in Confluence.
- • You will work within a high-visibility, fast-paced environment embedded directly with the VP of Customer Success, supporting the company’s mission to deliver scalable virtual care solutions through a nationwide network of clinicians and innovative technology platforms.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise client operations, cross-functional coordination, CRM hygiene, process automation, and documentation—gaining the opportunity to identify inefficiencies, build reusable playbooks, and contribute to the evolution of intelligent operational systems through AI and workflow optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in a client associate, customer success coordinator, project coordinator, account management support, or executive support role
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- • Proficiency with CRM, project and task management tools, and wiki-knowledge based tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or equivalent
- • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
- • Proactive, clear communicator—written and verbal—who surfaces the right information at the right time without being asked
- • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment and making sound judgment calls with limited hand-holding
