• • The Client Relations Team Specialist serves as a key resource for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, delivering prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to support Baldwin Technology Company Inc.'s mission of providing expertly crafted insurance and risk management solutions.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to incoming client service requests for small to large accounts, processing endorsements, issuing new business, answering client questions regarding coverage, and remarketing accounts as needed.
