📋 Description
- • The Client Service Associate role at Virtus Investment Partners supports the Fund Services team in delivering accurate, time-sensitive, and cost-effective services to clients, intermediaries, and shareholders across multiple product lines including open-end and closed-end funds, college access savings, variable insurance funds, offshore mutual funds, and corporate stock.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries via phone or written communication, collaborating with outsourced service providers (such as BNY Mellon and Computershare) to ensure service quality, drafting policies and testing procedures for compliance, conducting ongoing research on mutual fund industry regulations, and supporting regulatory tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • FINRA Series 6 license (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- • Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral and written) with ability to collaborate and influence diverse internal and external audiences
- • Ability to independently multitask and rapidly shift focus based on evolving business needs
- • Proficiency in general office software including Word, Excel, and report writing tools, with aptitude to learn new technical skills
