- • As a Client Services Associate at Phreesia, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the healthcare experience by ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of Phreesia’s patient engagement platform for diverse healthcare clients, directly contributing to improved operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- • You will partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Deployment to drive client success, identify upsell opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that align with clinical and administrative workflows across primary care, specialty practices, health systems, and hospitals.
- • Day to day, you will master Phreesia’s technical product functionality to provide expert consulting on workflow analysis, system configuration, integration, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization, serving as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, maintaining rigorous oversight of contract deliverables, scope, timelines, and risks while proactively escalating issues to senior resources when necessary to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- • You will communicate complex technical and operational details clearly to clients at all levels—including executives—demonstrating product capabilities, facilitating training sessions, and gathering feedback to refine solutions and drive adoption.
- • You will actively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing client usage patterns and needs, presenting relevant add-on products, and managing their implementation to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Interfaces, Client Success, and Deployment teams to ensure alignment between client commitments and product capabilities, contributing to continuous improvement of implementation tools and processes.
- • You will maintain a deep understanding of how Phreesia’s platform is configured and used in real-world settings, enabling you to deliver accurate product demonstrations, troubleshoot issues, and advise clients on best practices for maximizing value.
- • You will work within a mission-driven, inclusive culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, where your contributions directly support Phreesia’s goal of transforming healthcare delivery through technology.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consulting, project management, and client engagement skills while gaining deep expertise in healthcare SaaS solutions, positioning you for growth into senior client-facing or product strategy roles within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree required
- • Experience with project management, implementation, or consulting in a healthcare, SaaS, or technology environment
- • Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, and telephone skills with ability to engage clients at all levels, including executives
- • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through
- • Skilled at anticipating and solving problems, with a proactive mindset and strong analytical thinking
- • Confident, high-energy, self-motivated team player with a genuine passion for learning and client success
