  • • You will be responsible for expertly managing a diverse range of client inquiries, including those received via email, live chat, and phone calls. A key aspect of this responsibility is adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guarantee timely and efficient resolution of client needs.
  • • Delivering exceptional customer support is at the core of this position. This involves a proactive approach to understanding each client's unique needs, employing an individualised strategy to solve their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve acting as a liaison between clients and our internal departments. You will skillfully coordinate with various teams, including technical support, sales, and operations, to find effective solutions for more complex client inquiries, ensuring seamless problem-solving.

  • • Beyond direct client interaction, you will contribute to various strategic side projects and ongoing tasks. This includes actively participating in the upkeep and expansion of our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) database, contributing to the development of internal documentation, and assisting with process improvements.
  • • Regular and constructive communication with your line manager is expected. You will be encouraged to share feedback, insights, and suggestions for service enhancement, contributing to the continuous improvement of our client service operations.
