📋 Description

• • The Client Services Business Analyst supports AccessGenius, a multiplatform pharmaceutical cost and coverage application, serving as a lead or co-lead analyst on client engagements, overseeing projects from concept through launch to ensure solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• • Day to day, the role involves overseeing and implementing project plans from initial creative design to launch, coordinating with Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams for timely delivery and high product quality, developing content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions and training materials, preparing client presentations and meeting summaries, working closely with clients on application deliverable modifications, organizing cross-functional meetings with subject matter experts, executing final internal application testing prior to client verification, monitoring active project statuses and next steps, resolving client inquiries or routing them to appropriate teams, and applying systematic problem-solving methods to lead issue resolution and implement solutions.
• • The team operates within Precision AQ, LLC, a part of Precision Medicine Group, supporting AccessGenius in a hybrid role requiring one day per week in the Indianapolis office, collaborating across Product Delivery, Application, Delivery Enablement, and Client Services teams to ensure regulatory-compliant, client-focused pharmaceutical solutions.
