📋 Description

• • The Client Services Business Analyst supports AccessGenius, a multiplatform pharmaceutical cost and coverage application, serving as a lead or co-lead analyst on client engagements, overseeing projects from concept through launch to ensure solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• • Day to day, the role involves overseeing and implementing project plans from initial creative design to launch, coordinating with Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams for timely delivery and high product quality, developing content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions and training materials, preparing client presentations and meeting summaries, working with clients on application deliverable process modifications, organizing cross-functional meetings, executing final internal application testing, monitoring project statuses and next steps, resolving client inquiries or routing them to appropriate teams, and applying systematic methods to analyze and resolve problems.
• • The team operates within Precision Medicine Group’s Client Services division, collaborating closely with Product Delivery, Application, Delivery Enablement, and Client Services teams under the guidance of the Client Services Manager, with a hybrid work model requiring one day per week in the Indianapolis office.
• • The person can learn and achieve deep expertise in pharmaceutical market access, MLR review processes, project lifecycle management in healthcare technology, cross-functional team coordination, and client-facing solution delivery, while advancing their career in business analysis within the precision medicine and healthcare innovation space.
