- ⢠The Client Solutions Associate role at Phreesia exists to support high-impact patient engagement campaigns that improve health outcomes by ensuring seamless execution, quality control, and timely delivery of campaign workflows. This position bridges creative agency experience with in-house healthcare technology operations, making sure campaigns launch on point and deliver measurable value to clients and patients alike.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include learning and deeply understanding assigned accountsâincluding therapeutic space, competitive landscape, and key audiencesâto inform strategic support; proactively managing tactical activities using deep knowledge of Phreesia Network Solutions products and implementation processes; building trust with internal teams to ensure every campaign is executed with precision; maintaining crystal-clear timelines, deliverables, and communications for leadership and stakeholders; and collaborating with fellow Client Solutions team members to execute well-defined projects that advance organizational goals.

- ⢠In this role, youâll develop expertise in healthcare marketing operations, campaign lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-growing health tech leader. - ⢠Bachelorâs Degree required
- ⢠1+ year of account experience in a creative agency environment, preferably with pharmaceutical brands
- ⢠Proficient in Microsoft tools and experienced implementing AI to support work efficiency
- ⢠Ability and willingness to travel for occasional in-person team meetings (approximately 10% annually)
- ⢠Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and maintaining organized, on-time delivery in a fast-moving environment
- ⢠Effective communicator with active listening and reliable follow-up, both internally and externally
