- • As a Client Solutions Director at Optiv Security Inc., you will lead a team of Client Solutions Advisors to uphold the company's Client Security First mantra while serving as a trusted advisor at the executive level with clients.
- • Day to day, you will provide team leadership, mentoring, and development; conduct people leader coaching, goal setting, and annual reviews; coordinate pre-sales resources; attend client meetings; partner with Sales on regional planning; and drive new business motions and procedures.
- • You will join Optiv Security Inc., a market-leading cybersecurity advisor and solutions partner, where you’ll collaborate across teams to ensure service delivery excellence and regional growth through strategic initiatives.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in pre-sales excellence, build executive-level client relationships, influence regional sales and marketing strategies, and shape organizational standards for client solutions delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- • Proven people leadership skills with demonstrated success in hiring, building, and retaining high-performing teams
- • Industry-recognized certifications preferred
- • Up to 50% travel required consistently
