  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok advertising clients, building and maintaining strategic, long-term partnerships to drive ad performance and client satisfaction.
  • • Deliver tailored advertising solutions by leveraging TikTok’s platform capabilities, including ad formats, targeting tools, and analytics, to meet clients’ marketing objectives.
  • • Collaborate closely with internal teams including account management, creative services, and data analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization across markets.
  • • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, presenting data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • • Identify and articulate client pain points, translating them into scalable solutions that align with TikTok’s advertising ecosystem and Aleph’s global strategy.
  • • Stay current on TikTok’s product updates, advertising policies, and industry trends to proactively advise clients on emerging opportunities and best practices.
  • • Support client onboarding by guiding new advertisers through platform setup, campaign structuring, and performance benchmarking.
  • • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously across diverse industries, prioritizing high-potential opportunities and ensuring consistent service quality.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate TikTok’s evolving advertising landscape and maximizing their return on ad spend.
  • • Represent Aleph and TikTok at client meetings, industry events, and internal strategy sessions, maintaining a professional and authoritative presence.
  • • Work cross-functionally with regional teams to align client strategies with local market dynamics while ensuring global consistency in service delivery.
  • • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement feedback loops to continuously enhance the client experience and retention rates.
  • • Prepare and deliver customized reports and presentations to senior client stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, market insights, and growth opportunities.
  • • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts by aligning new TikTok features with evolving business goals.
  • • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs within CRM systems to ensure transparency and continuity across account transitions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing client relationships in digital advertising or media sales, preferably with TikTok, Meta, Google, or Amazon platforms
  • • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, campaign optimization, and performance analytics
  • • Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical clients
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
  • • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization
  • • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
