  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for key advertising clients, building and maintaining long-term partnerships with brands and advertisers across global markets.
  • • Drive client success by delivering tailored advertising solutions using platforms including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and 50+ other digital advertising platforms.
  • • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align client objectives with platform capabilities, ensuring optimal campaign performance and ROI.
  • • Conduct regular client reviews and performance analyses to identify growth opportunities, optimize ad spend, and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • • Provide expert guidance on platform-specific advertising features, best practices, and emerging trends to help clients maximize their digital reach.
  • • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with Aleph’s systems and platform ecosystems.
  • • Monitor client account health, proactively address concerns, and implement retention strategies to ensure high satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • • Translate client business goals into actionable advertising strategies that align with regional and global market dynamics.
  • • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients in clear, data-driven formats.
  • • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to escalate client needs and influence platform enhancements based on real-world feedback.
  • • Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and industry developments across all supported advertising ecosystems to provide accurate, timely advice.
  • • Support the expansion of Aleph’s client base by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • • Represent Aleph at client meetings, industry events, and virtual forums, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a trusted digital advertising partner.
  • • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs within CRM systems to ensure transparency and continuity across client interactions.
  • • Adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of clients in diverse geographies, leveraging Aleph’s presence in 130+ markets to deliver localized solutions.
  • • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting successful client strategies and training new team members on platform best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing client relationships in digital advertising or media sales
  • • Deep understanding of at least two major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, TikTok Ads)
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into client recommendations
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering complex information to non-technical stakeholders
  • • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
  • • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
