- • The Client Success Associate role at Phreesia is critical to driving client utilization, retention, and satisfaction by partnering with Client Success Managers to execute initiatives that maximize business value from the Phreesia platform. This position serves as a frontline advocate for clients, ensuring they fully adopt and benefit from the company’s healthcare SaaS solutions, which directly impacts patient engagement, operational efficiency, and clinical care outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively engaging clients to support adoption and usage of specific products and features within the Phreesia solution; partnering with client executives and key business leaders to understand goals and align solutions; collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Support, Product Management, Client Services, and Sales to resolve customer issues and coordinate initiatives; acting as a Subject Matter Expert and product Super User for the existing client base, including implementing new add-on features and products; ensuring overall client satisfaction and engagement through consistent communication and relationship management; and proactively identifying and addressing client risks by analyzing product usage trends and key performance indicators to prevent churn and uncover expansion opportunities.

- • Experience generating opportunities and/or upselling to an existing book of business
