- • As a Client Success Associate at Pave Bank, you will be on the front lines of our operational engine, ensuring global clients extract maximum value from our programmable banking products and services, directly contributing to product adoption, retention, expansion, and overall client experience.
- • Day to day, you will design, implement, and optimize Client Success workflows; execute strategies to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and identify expansion opportunities; build operational playbooks for onboarding and long-term adoption; act as the voice of the customer internally with Tech, Operations, and Compliance teams; monitor client usage patterns and health scores for proactive decisions; and ensure all client activities align with regulatory standards through close collaboration with Risk and Compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of progressive experience in Customer Relations, Client Success, Account Management, or a strategic client-facing role
- • Proven track record in complex Banking, Digital Banking, FinTech, SaaS, or Software sectors
- • Hands-on experience working within Risk and Compliance frameworks to manage client portfolios safely
- • Highly analytical with comfort using data such as financial projections and health scores to drive operational results
- • Ability to manage international portfolios and work effectively across diverse, global teams
- • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external client leaders
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where agility is key
- • Fluent in English; additional languages considered a bonus
