- • As a Client Success Associate at Pave Bank, you will be on the front lines of ensuring global clients extract maximum value from the world’s first programmable business bank, driving product adoption, retention, and expansion while acting as a trusted advisor and internal voice of the customer.
- • Day to day, you will design and optimize Client Success workflows, execute retention and upsell strategies, build onboarding playbooks, collaborate with Tech, Operations, and Compliance teams, monitor client health scores and usage data, and ensure all client activities align with regulatory standards in a complex banking environment.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in programmable banking, strengthen your analytical and stakeholder management skills, influence product roadmap through client insights, and grow your impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where your work directly contributes to client success and company evolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of progressive experience in Customer Relations, Client Success, Account Management, or a strategic client-facing role
- • Proven track record in complex Banking, Digital Banking, FinTech, SaaS, or Software sectors
- • Hands-on experience working within Risk and Compliance frameworks to manage client portfolios safely
- • Highly analytical with ability to use data such as financial projections and health scores to drive operational results
- • Ability to manage international portfolios and work effectively across diverse, global teams
- • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence internal stakeholders and external client leaders
