- • As a Client Success Lead at Pave Bank, you will manage the operational lifecycle of client relationships—from onboarding through ongoing support and operational optimization—ensuring clients successfully adopt, operate, and scale using Pave’s programmable banking platform while driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- • Day to day, you will proactively identify opportunities to improve client adoption and efficiency, build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, monitor usage patterns and health scores, resolve operational bottlenecks, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk teams to align client needs with product roadmap and regulatory standards.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at the world’s first programmable business bank, founded by the creators of Monzo and BigPay, where you’ll sit at the intersection of clients, operations, engineering, and compliance to redefine global business banking through innovative financial infrastructure and client-centric service delivery.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in fintech client success, operational optimization in regulated environments, cross-functional stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making—positioning you to shape client success strategies and contribute to scalable playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and revenue generation in a high-growth, innovative banking environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of progressive experience in Client Success, Account Management, or managing enterprise or fintech clients in complex operational environments
- • Proven track record in Banking, Digital Banking, FinTech, SaaS, or Software sectors
- • Hands-on experience working within Risk and Compliance frameworks to manage client portfolios safely
- • Highly analytical with ability to use data such as financial projections and health scores to drive operational results
- • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence internal stakeholders and external client leaders
- • Fluent in English; Mandarin or additional languages considered a bonus
