- • As a Client Success Lead for Wrestling at FloSports, you will be the day-to-day lead for managing partnerships across our Wrestling software, ensuring success for our largest partnerships in state associations and coaches’ associations.
- • You will administer season management setups including weight management and seed system creation, execute postseason advancements, coordinate payments for invoices, and serve as the primary contact for partners needing assistance with troubleshooting and workflow support.
- • You will join a passionate, diverse team at FloSports dedicated to serving underrepresented sports through innovative digital streaming and sports management software, where technologists, athletes, and enthusiasts collaborate to build essential tools for niche sports communities.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in wrestling sports management software, strengthen client relationship and escalation resolution skills, and contribute to improving product documentation and knowledge base while growing your impact in a mission-driven company.

- • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- • High level knowledge of Wrestling
- • Self-starter with excellent planning, time management and organization skills
- • Detail-oriented, reliable, and in possession of a strong work ethic
- • Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment
- • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Bonus)
- • 1-2 years relevant experience in account management and/or a position with direct client/partner communication (Bonus)
