  • • As a Client Success Manager at Madhive, you will be a pivotal force in driving client retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnership success for a leading independent ad-tech operating system powering campaigns for over 30,000 SMBs daily. Your role directly impacts the company’s retention and growth goals by serving as a trusted advisor to Media, Agency, and Brand clients, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes from TV-first, full-funnel advertising solutions while navigating the evolving streaming landscape.
  • • Day to day, you will provide managed service ad operations support for Enterprise Agency clients, execute full lifecycle campaign trafficking in the DSP with hands-on precision, own campaign reporting and presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders, and respond to inbound client requests via ticketing systems or email with urgency and clarity. You will monitor campaign performance continuously, enable data-driven optimizations to meet delivery KPIs, and prepare for Executive Business Reviews by analyzing customer performance, industry trends, and vertical-specific projections to articulate value and recommend strategic next steps.
  • • You will serve as a strategic partner by deeply understanding client business challenges, connecting Madhive’s product solutions to their needs, driving net revenue retention and increased product adoption, and improving overall customer health through proactive engagement. Collaboration is central — you will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams to advocate for a customer-first mindset, resolve challenges swiftly, and influence product roadmaps based on real-world client feedback and market demands.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in ad-tech operations, DSP workflows, and full-funnel campaign measurement while honing your ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive executive decision-making. You will build mastery in client retention strategies, cross-functional influence, and consultative partnership — positioning yourself as a leader in client success within a high-growth, mission-driven company shaping the future of local media monetization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Statistics (preferred)
  • • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar Client Services or Client Success role
  • • Ad Operations experience managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing platform-based media campaigns with a DSP (preferred)
  • • Strong communication skills for engaging key stakeholders internally and externally
  • • Data-savvy with advanced Excel proficiency, capable of converting data into actionable insights and persuasive narratives
  • • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve client issues and drive outcomes
  • • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, issue articulation to management, and innovative problem-solving approach
