📋 Description

• • As a Client Success Manager at Second Nature Health Inc., you will manage a portfolio of 80-100 Property Manager customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) through strategic success planning and proactive engagement.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quarterly Impact Reviews, monitoring resident activation and usage metrics, educating customers on RBP benefits, gathering feedback for internal teams, and maintaining a renewal rate above 95% while reducing churn through early risk identification and mitigation.
• • You will join a remote-first, mission-driven team of 275+ passionate individuals dedicated to creating 'Triple Win' experiences for residents, property managers, and investors by transforming rental friction into seamless, rewarding interactions.
• • In this role, you will develop deep product expertise, sharpen your customer advisory and cross-functional collaboration skills, and directly impact business outcomes by driving RBP activation, retention, and upsell opportunities while growing alongside a fast-moving startup.
