  • • As a Client Success Manager at SouthState Bank, you will play a pivotal role in driving client retention and relationship equity for high-value corporate accounts ranging from $1MM to $100MM, ensuring clients maximize value from banking solutions while supporting the sales team without carrying direct sales quotas.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing proactive deposit portfolio oversight, serving as the primary point of contact for large corporate accounts, coordinating client onboarding, handling rate exception requests, distributing loan inquiries, maintaining relationship databases, and representing the brand at trade shows and bank events through extensive travel and cross-functional collaboration.
  • • You will partner closely with sales, operations, account opening, marketing, and banking analytics teams to align client experiences, streamline processes, and ensure seamless service delivery across touchpoints, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for Association Prime.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in enterprise relationship management, develop strategic client engagement skills, and contribute to the long-term success of major corporate clients while growing professionally within a values-driven, community-focused financial institution that prioritizes trust, integrity, and excellence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree preferred in banking, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • • 15+ years of experience in sales, banking operations, or a financial services environment
  • • Proficiency with Microsoft product suite; familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems is advantageous
