📋 Description
- • As a Client Success Manager at Softdocs, you will own the long-term success, retention, and growth of an assigned portfolio of clients in Higher Education, K-12, and Government sectors, serving as a trusted advisor to institutional leaders.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through proactive relationship management, renewals, churn prevention, and identifying expansion opportunities such as upsells and cross-sells.
- • You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure clients achieve measurable value from the Etrieve enterprise content management platform.
- • Reporting to the Vice President, Client Success, you will help clients maximize platform value, drive product adoption, executive engagement, and long-term partnership success in alignment with Softdocs’ mission of promoting educational and governmental equity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- • Proven ability to drive retention, renewals, and expansion (upsell/cross-sell) in a SaaS environment
- • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for engaging with institutional leaders in Education and Government sectors
- • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering
