📋 Description
- • Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of state, local government, education, and public-sector customers, managing end-to-end customer relationships.
- • Lead business reviews focused on customer engagement, measurable health outcomes, customer value, and long-term success metrics.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, benefits leaders, HR teams, and consultants within public-sector organizations.
- • Navigate complex public-sector dynamics including multi-stakeholder decision-making, procurement processes, and budget cycles to ensure successful program adoption and retention.
- • Partner cross-functionally with product, clinical, and operations teams to advocate for customer needs and deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
- • Identify customer risks, expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives that deepen partnerships and drive retention and growth.
- • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product improvements, process enhancements, and overall customer success strategy.
- • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Virta’s technology-enabled virtual care model, personalized nutrition protocols, and clinical outcomes framework within the first 90 days.
- • Establish strong internal relationships with key cross-functional teams including sales, clinical operations, and data analytics to align on customer goals.
- • Learn and adapt to the unique operational rhythms and compliance requirements of public-sector clients, including government contracting and reporting standards.
- • Independently manage assigned customer accounts by the end of the 90-day onboarding period, conducting regular check-ins, strategic planning sessions, and outcome evaluations.
- • Proactively leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in reporting, communication, and customer insights generation.
- • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and Virta’s security and privacy procedures when handling sensitive patient health information.
- • Contribute to a culture rooted in putting people first, ownership, transparency, evidence-based decision-making, and empowerment without ego.
- • Participate in customer meetings, strategic planning discussions, and internal feedback loops to continuously improve customer success practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Healthcare, Benefits, or a related customer-facing role.
- • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills with experience engaging executive-level customer stakeholders.
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving measurable customer outcomes.
- • Experience navigating public-sector dynamics including procurement processes, budget cycles, and multi-stakeholder environments.
- • Demonstrates a proactive use of AI tools to improve individual output and efficiency.
