- • As a Client Success Manager at Onhires, you will be the pivotal point of contact for a diverse and international roster of female and trans creators within the rapidly expanding subscription-based content industry. This role transcends traditional sales or administrative functions, focusing instead on cultivating deep, trust-based, long-term relationships that drive mutual success. You will be instrumental in guiding creators from their initial inquiry through to sustained, high-quality cooperation, acting as their primary advocate and strategic partner.
- • Your journey with each creator begins the moment they express interest, whether through our website, social media channels, direct messaging, or advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for initiating and nurturing these crucial first conversations, employing a variety of communication methods including text, voice messages, and video calls to build rapport and understand their unique needs and aspirations.
- • A core aspect of your role involves meticulously qualifying potential partners. This means assessing their suitability for our platform, ensuring alignment with our performance-driven ethos and ethical standards. Once qualified, you will expertly guide them through the onboarding process, a critical phase where you'll set them up for immediate success by explaining operational steps and best practices.
- • Building and maintaining robust, trust-based relationships is paramount. You will serve as the consistent, reliable point of contact, fostering an environment where creators feel supported, understood, and valued. This involves proactive engagement, regular check-ins, and a genuine commitment to their growth and satisfaction.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with internal teams, including content specialists and management, to ensure a seamless operational experience for the creators. This coordination is vital for addressing any needs, facilitating content creation, and optimizing their presence on the platform.
- • A significant responsibility lies in monitoring the quality of cooperation during the crucial initial 30 days post-onboarding. Your vigilance during this period will help identify any challenges, provide timely support, and ensure creators are actively engaged and aligned with their goals and our platform's objectives.
- • Maintaining a meticulously organized pipeline of creators and providing basic performance reporting are essential for tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. This data-driven approach will inform your strategies and highlight successes.
- • You will be empowered to escalate critical issues and communicate directly with the founder when necessary, ensuring that any significant challenges are addressed promptly and effectively at the highest level.
- • Performance expectations are clear and focused on quality and retention. You will be tasked with onboarding approximately 12 creators per month, with a strong emphasis on ensuring their long-term success and engagement rather than mere volume.
- • Success in this role is defined by creators remaining active, engaged, and aligned with their objectives and our platform's standards throughout their initial 30 days and beyond. Your ability to foster professional communication and maintain fast response times will be key to achieving these outcomes.

- • Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Notion, Airtable, Telegram, and WhatsApp is essential for effective communication and workflow management in this fully remote position.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
- • Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
- • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
- • Demonstrated experience in conducting calls, managing follow-ups, and successfully onboarding clients or partners.
- • Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
- • Comfortable and professional working within the adult content creator space, including with trans creators.
- • Proficient with remote work tools such as Notion, Airtable, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
