- • As a Client Success Manager, Social at Bazaarvoice, you will play a pivotal role in helping brands and retailers maximize the value of their social commerce investments by driving adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes from user-generated content solutions.
- • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, serving as their trusted advisor to develop and execute social strategy roadmaps, conduct business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Bazaarvoice’s social solutions.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to advocate for client needs, influence product enhancements, and deliver seamless experiences that drive retention and growth.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in social commerce, customer success strategy, and enterprise relationship management while developing skills in data-driven storytelling, strategic account planning, and influencing without authority — positioning you for advancement into senior client leadership or strategic consulting roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or consulting, preferably in SaaS, marketing technology, or social media solutions
- • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive adoption, retention, and expansion in enterprise environments
- • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering executive-level business reviews and strategy sessions
- • Experience working with social media platforms, user-generated content, or digital marketing technologies
- • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms
