- • As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction and retention across Southern Europe.
- • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute client success plans, ensuring seamless delivery of Bazaarvoice solutions.
- • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand existing client relationships.
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives, product managers, and technical leads.
- • Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on product development and ensure alignment with client needs.
- • Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on Bazaarvoice solutions and best practices.
- • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Bazaarvoice solutions, including product features, technical capabilities, and business benefits.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Southern European market, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, including business goals, technical requirements, and pain points.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field.
- • Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and retention.
- • Strong understanding of the Southern European market and its key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
