- • The Client Support Manager role at OneDigital Health and Benefits, LLC is a pivotal position supporting the Counselor production team within EOI Service Company, a national benefits communication and enrollment firm. This role is essential to ensuring smooth client enrollment operations, especially during peak seasons, by managing logistics, training, reporting, and team coordination.
- • Day to day, the Client Support Manager will build and manage scheduling systems, assist Enrollment Managers with client document setup and enrollment plans, support weekly PTMs and client calls, manage the Benefit Counselor team, run and interpret reports from multiple systems, coordinate logistics for client projects (including travel, materials, and training spaces), mentor team leaders and newer Counselors, ensure counselors stay on script, and assist with Health Fairs and benefit meetings as needed.

- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced skills in enrollment operations, team leadership, data reporting and interpretation, project logistics, and client-facing communication, while gaining deep expertise in benefits enrollment processes and cross-functional collaboration within a growing national organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years successful enrollment experience
- • Business or related Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s preferred or 7 years’ equivalent experience
- • Relationship management experience
- • Strong leadership skills
- • Must be willing to travel (50% during off peak and 90% - 100% during peak season)
- • Excellent skills within the Microsoft product suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
