• • Manager - Capital Markets Loan Operations at Tala Mobile Inc. leads the operational execution of loan capital markets activities, ensuring efficient funding, compliance, and scalability of Tala’s credit products across emerging markets. This role is critical to sustaining Tala’s mission of delivering instant, reliable liquidity to underserved populations by managing the end-to-end loan funding lifecycle.
• • Day to day, the manager oversees loan portfolio funding processes, coordinates with capital providers and internal teams (credit, treasury, legal, and product), monitors funding performance and covenant compliance, prepares capital markets reporting, and drives process improvements to increase funding efficiency and reduce cost of capital.
