- • As a Healthcare Partnerships Associate at Rula Health, you will play a critical role in expanding access to mental healthcare by growing the network of providers who deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to individuals in need. Your work directly supports Rula’s mission to destigmatize mental health and empower people to achieve their full potential through quality care.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for provider acquisition within your designated territory, driving aggressive outbound sourcing, consulting, and closing of healthcare providers using provided lead lists. This includes managing in-person selling and relationship development for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of your metro area, while maintaining remote engagement for accounts beyond that geography, requiring at least three days per week in the field.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven team that has scaled 10x in the past year, operating in a high-velocity, entrepreneurial environment where your performance directly impacts patient access to mental health services and contributes to solving a national crisis in care access.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry
- • Proven track record of top 25% performance and exceeding annual quotas for more than 75% of your sales career
- • 1+ years of experience self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
- • Current residence in the North Bay (Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano) or South Bay (San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale) of the San Francisco Bay Area
- • Ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week within your designated geography and manage in-person selling within a 2.5-hour radius of your metro area
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience managing customer relationships and complex deals in a CRM tool
