- • The Implementation Manager at WEX Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely setup of employer health plans across the WEX Health Cloud and COBRA Point platforms, directly impacting client onboarding success and satisfaction by maintaining compliance with service level agreements and data integrity standards.
- • This role is essential to delivering seamless implementation experiences for employers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor who guides clients through complex benefits administration setups while upholding strict security, privacy, and quality protocols.
- • Day to day, the Implementation Manager will assist with the implementation of employer plans across HSA, HRA, FSA, and Direct Bill offerings, ensuring all configurations are completed accurately and on schedule in alignment with SLA commitments.
- • They will ensure timely responsiveness to inbound calls and voicemails, maintaining professional communication throughout each shift to support employer and partner needs.
- • The role involves collaborating with internal WEX Health teams and external partners to facilitate employer plan setups, leveraging cross-functional coordination to resolve dependencies and drive progress.
- • Implementation Managers will communicate effectively with key stakeholders via phone and email, providing clear timelines, educational resources, and training materials to support successful adoption.
- • They will provide education to employers on plan setup processes, scalability best practices, and ongoing platform functionality for both WEX Health Cloud and COBRA Point systems.
- • A core responsibility includes reviewing demographic, enrollment, and related data files during implementation to ensure accurate and complete uploads into WEX systems, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
- • The role requires providing online demonstrations of employer portals as requested, helping clients navigate self-service tools and understand available features.
- • Implementation Managers must effectively communicate the status of ongoing implementations to both internal WEX Health teams and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
- • They are expected to meet or exceed all outlined quality standards, consistently delivering accurate work that adheres to established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- • This includes ensuring accuracy and maintaining up-to-date internal tools and systems, as well as reviewing incoming documents for completeness and correctness, communicating required corrections or feedback based on established review protocols.
- • In a leadership capacity, the Implementation Manager will provide regular communication and discussion recaps to all project stakeholders, both internal and external, using strong written and oral communication skills to keep everyone informed.
- • They will identify and document employer or partner issues requiring escalation, gathering all necessary information and routing them to the appropriate parties according to defined escalation procedures.
- • As a resource for the BPO Implementation team, they will create and maintain documentation for team processes, tools, and workflows, supporting knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- • The role includes assisting in the training of new team members, helping to onboard and upskill colleagues through mentorship and knowledge transfer.
- • General duties include ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations and performing all other duties as assigned based on evolving business needs.
- • The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or a Healthcare-related field, or equivalent implementation-related work experience.
- • They must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with partners, employers, and across internal WEX Health teams.
- • The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.
