• • As an Experienced Manager, Sage Intacct Implementations at Baker Tilly, you will lead and oversee the delivery of Sage Intacct ERP implementations for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction. This role is critical to driving service excellence and supporting the firm’s growth by managing multiple complex projects and guiding a team of implementation professionals.
• • Day to day, you will oversee project activities and deliverables, support consultants in translating business requirements into solutions, drive process improvements, lead select projects based on complexity, maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct modules, document project activities, manage customer transitions to support, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, build client relationships, serve as an escalation point for issues, assist with staffing and billing to meet profitability targets, collaborate with leadership on practice development, network internally and externally, invest in your professional growth, and support team member development while promoting work-life balance.
