📋 Description

• • As a Staff/Principal Engagement Manager at Skylight, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technical assistance to states implementing Medicaid community engagement requirements under H.R. 1, translating federal policy into practical, state-specific solutions that work within complex systems and constraints.
• • You will serve as the central point of alignment across CMS, state partners, and internal multidisciplinary teams, coordinating across product, design, engineering, and operations to integrate new requirements into legacy systems while removing blockers and guiding teams through uncertainty in high-stakes, politically sensitive environments.
